Sourdough flatbread wraps

Homemade?  If so, do you have a recipe I could pinch  :)

Certainly, 345g flour (we use half strong white bread flour and half wholemeal bread flour)
200g water
1.5 tsp fine sea salt
40g sourdough starter

Mix it all together (we use a bread maker on dough setting) and leave it to rise all day (7 or 8 hours)
Divide into 8 balls, roll each one out then stretch by hand immediately prior to cooking on a cast iron hot plate.  You could probably grill them too

Stir fried prawns and broccoli in garlic sauce, plus a quick braised dish of tofu and mushrooms.  Plain rice to eat it all with  :)

Plan A was Cajun chicken and mash.  They were those pre-marinade things from snasbods and a quick taste test confirmed they were like rancid butter  Max enjoyed them. Not sure what they're doing to the chicken lately but I don't like it.
Plan B was leftover lamb and pearl barley stew, it's been in the fridge for a while and had developed that overly lamby smell, better not risk it - so Max also enjoyed that too.

I then spent longer than I'd like to admit pondering the actual difference between egg noodles and tagliatelle, eventually ended up settling on a peanut butter and nutella sandwich.  ::)

Normal service will resume tomorrow with a HM pizza - probably.
