As a reward for cleaning the cooker and kitchen floor, plus three of the kitchen walls (all tiled so need just a wipe over) we have had prawn, chorizo and scallop pil, pil.  It's a tapas dish but we love it.  It's just a good thing neither of us are planning on kissing other people tonight as it does contain rather a lot of garlic!

Roast chicken with potatoes,parsnips & leeks, stuffing, with peas,carrots, cauliflower,sprouts & gravy.

Disappointed with Sumac.  Got the second portion of the chicken casserole tonight, but have added Ras Al Hanout.

Using up odds and sods pork pie and mixed salad, Fruit trifle again it was yummy  haven't made one for ages

Toad in the hole was requested and duly served with mash and broad beans.  We haven't grown then for about four years  so I don't know where Paul found them. 

[Plot 1 Problems]

Pork steaks with noodles, peppers and mushrooms. Tried a new hot sauce (Encona Exxxtra hot) and half near died. One that needs to be used sparingly...

Corned beef hash with a fried egg.  Corner beef was well past its best before date but who cares, I've lived to tell the tale.

I've got one of those 'loads to choose from in the fridge and freezer, but nothing I really fancy' days - so who knows what will happen
