Mad day at work so have gone for an 'easy' solution - sausage, egg and chips.  Three hours of unloading timber from a lorry sort of wears you out.  It was all orders that we've taken over the last two weeks and a lot of it has been paid for up front.  More to come next week when the wood mill catches up.  Early night for both of us I think.

Stir-fry as I had leftover cooked chicken in the freezer, but all small bits rescued off a roast.  Added tender stem brocolli, spring onions and mangetout peas to it.

Does it show where my priorities lie at the moment, that I've made a raspberry trifle for afters but haven't decided what to eat before it?

Last night was chicken and mushroom pasta bake and salad.

Today will be mini roast with chicken legs.

I didn’t have time to cook the whole chicken yesterday and have to work later today, so split it up to deal with separately  :)

I've got a small piece of ham to go in the slow-cooker with some plot leeks. Will add some carrots and lentils to the stock once the ham is cooked (and removed).
Hopefully that'll get me through this cold spell  ;)
