At last, been out for  walk in the woods, he wasn't too sure when he got out of the car, just stood there looking around as if to say,

"this is alot bigger than my garden", 

but he soon got into walking, seemed to enjoy it.

Taking him to beach tomorrow so he can have a good run around, got an extending lead for him.

Another beautiful picture Mick! I'm sure he'll get to love the forest too which is full of good smells, wait until he works out that Terriers love chasing grey squirrels (which then run away very fast up trees ).

He did really well today, met lots of other dogs and was ok with them. Even though it was a beautiful day, the beach was fairly empty which helped. He wasn't sure of the soft sand cos his feet kept sinking in it & he wasn't sure what it was.
It's a fave beach of ours, it takes us about an hour to get there, but well worth the trip. It's on the Norfolk coast between Hunstanton & Wells-next-the-Sea.
No amusuement arcades, there's a little wooden shop that sells drinks, ice-creams etc, set of toilets, and that's it.
The beach is very flat and when the tide is out you can walk forever, but it gets packed in the summer.
