Picked up our new addition to family on Saturday.

Scampy, 8 wk old Jack Russell.

He is the most amazing, clever dog we have ever had, got home Sat afternoon, put newspaper on floor in kitchen, we were sat in living room with him and he started whimpering near kitchen door, so I opened door and he ran straight onto paper for wee. yesterday we were in the garden so had him out with us for an hour, so funny cos grass is nearly as tall as he is.
He had a poo on the grass, didn't think anymore of it, came in had tea, after about an hour Scampy went into the kitchen and we heard him whimpering, so went to see what was wrong.
He was sitting, looking at the backdoor, so I opened it and he went straight onto the grass for a poo.
He really is an amazing dog, to do that after being here for less than 48 hrs, I think is awesome.

Still can't get over how intelligent he is, he's a little beauty.

he's lovely - and if he turns out to be any good with catching rats bring him round to mine - my dogs are too big and cumbersome to catch anything
