Title: How I like to cook Garlic

My serving suggestion....

Break the bulb up and give a rough clean, double wrap in double silver foil and add plenty of olive oil then add to the BBQ until soft. To eat, pinch between thump an finger and suck the flesh out.  Wonderful!!!

That sounds good, I've never cooked it that way, but quite often roast it in the oven and I know how good that is.

I like to add it to the gravy when it's reached that lovely soft stage  :)
