:D New to it all . Doing our research. Can any of you experienced keepers give us advice as to where to purchase feed and supplies for our future chickens. Not even started yet and already had a nightmare about Mr Fox visiting my garden !!!!! :(

Hello and welcome ladypeeling. :)
I'll move your thread over to the Hen House where you'll stand a better chance of replies. Chicken Chat is more for light hearted banter. :D

Nothing to worry about. Just keeps things tidy :D
have you had a visit from the dreaded Mr F ?
-
Well there are several in Warrington. If that's what you call the Manchester area.
-
:D Yes that not too far from us. Do you have the names. Thanks very much

I know where they are and can find the Names.
There is on in Croft a friend goes to. (He says my two are cheaper)
One is in Winwick and is a farm shop they charge around £7 for 15kg of different kinds of food. This is where I get my stuff from at present. They have a wide range and sell feeders, powders etc.
The other is in Moore, the place I got my chucks from. He says he's going to start blending his own for around £7 for 25kg. He also sells free-range eggs.
