An experiment that has worked.

I love poppadoms with a curry which we had for tea tonight.  We bought a packet of ready made ones last time we had a curry and I can only eat two a time.  We decided to freeze them to see if we could stop wasting them.  Tonight we took another two out of the packet, put them in a hot oven for a couple of minutes to 'crisp' up and they tasted as good as they did the first time. So as I say, an experiment that for once has worked.  I no longer have to waste them.

Nice tip and I'm impressed at your restraint. There are no poppadom leftovers in the P1P household...

My husband in convinced it is illegal not to finish them all.  I'm not brave enough to tell him otherwise.

I have discovered that leftover chips from our excellent fish and chip shop can be frozen. He is over generous with his portions. When needed, Laid out on a baking tray in a hot oven for 10 mins. Yummy.
