« Last post by Goosegirl on Today at 08:55 »All mine germinated and are now in the greenhouse. They're all looking good and am loath to nip one out of each pot. Can I plant them as they are or should I try separating them? What spacings should these little ones have?

Grow Your Own / Too cold to direct sow snap peas?
« Last post by Goosegirl on Today at 08:53 »I've planted the ones I grew in pots but wondering if it's still too cold to sow some direct. Will they germinate as peas are normally quite hardy. They will be going inot a raised bed so no worry about the rains we've had.

I use egg shells, wash, dry, crush and then blitz in my nutribullet to a powder, then I add it to compost at every potting on stage and also add ½ a handful when planting into their final stations, seems to work for me!

« Last post by LILLILEAF on Yesterday at 16:33 »what do you use as a prevention for blossom end rot,reading a few different articles,last year first time ever my tomatoes only 1 plant got the end rot,i know my watering was in good order so calcium was the problem, do i have to buy a special calcium supplement?.
