Doff Tomato Feed
« on: August 10, 2010, 15:49 »
I don't normally like to mention this store, but our local Tesc* has Doff Tomato Feed at £1 for 500ml.

Not sure how this compares to what you usually pay if you use this brand, but a quick Google tells me this is a reasonable price.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Funny you mentioned that actually as I did see it there and Phostrogen is quite cheap there as well.

I've always thought of  Levington Tomorite as the best, the wilko stuff is awful though I'm sure it's only water in there !

We buy in a 'pallet deal' of Doff tomato feed every year, we  pay trade £1.20 per bottle and retail it at £2.99. No wonder with opening of a Poundland shop in Shanklin this year we still have 3/4's of the pallet left.

You'd be better off buying it from Home Bargains and selling it on for a bit more !

Trouble is I imagine that theese cheap superstores such as Poundland,Home Bargains are closing down the smaller shops and garden centres like yours Wighty :(
