Sulphate (Epson Salts)   Is this the same they sell in a chemist from a garden centre  Will this be okay if I bought this from a chemist for my allotment

Yes, the difference is that sold by a chemist will (almost certainly) be made under stricter conditions than 'garden' grade as it is intended for human use and likely labelled as 'pure'. Don't get the 'fizzer' bath soak stuff though as that contains sodium bicarb, citric acid and various other foam stabilising chemicals.

Epsom salts is essentially Magnesium sulphate and Westland do a bag that can be bought on Amadzonia for £3.99.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Back of pack shows magnesium sulphate as the only ingredient, so should be fine (don't overdo it though - it is a trace element, even though it's an important one, and using too much can upset the balance of other minerals in the soil.)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!
