what about my onions??
« on: August 14, 2010, 17:38 »
I pulled them up all as the tops had fallen over  and the stems were all dry and I left them to dry in the sun (haha) but now it has rained so shall I now bring them home to dry out or will they be ok ??
some people are like slinkys......they're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face as you push them down the stairs!!

It's really all about the weather; they will dry out quicker in the open air if it is warm and sunny than in an enclosed space.

Your weather, your decision (but either way it is important that they are properly dried before storage!)  ;)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older
