get down to your local upvc window maker and get all his cracked panes of glass,double glazed unites better still, clamp them together and you have a very cheap,warm mini green house/coldframe.

you can drill and bolt them together just stick 1 inch from the outside of the frames as theresa steel framing inside them  :wink:

well i used biulders clamps but you can use duck tape or anything that will hold them together.i just got the glass unites held the together and sealed up inside with silocone mastic.

the double glazed units with no frame ars the best. i've one thats about 6/3/3ft the heat in it is great and it gets light from all angles.CB

I've got an old hower cabinet which will make a great frame when i get a minute.. looks nice too cos its plain glass..stick one pane on an angle against me fence and away we go.... :D
