Never mind foxy, he was having one of those man rooster moments probably. The girls had probably got on his nerves talking about feathers and make up.  :lol:


 :lol: :lol: Hes moulting at the mo..and has lost his tail, plus he has five girls to keep happy, no wonder he was bad tempered. Gave him his favourite Warburtons seeded bread while he muttered and moaned on my lap!!! :D :D

Oh that's it, he can't show all his finery off to the girls! My husband's the same when he gets a spot on his face - thinks it will ruin his dashing looks & gets a bit grumpy.  ::)

 Sorry it got to that! I agree there are good and bad cockerals! can depend alot on the breed too! If you ever did want to try another cockerel that will no doubt be sweetness and light (they have Foxy's Danny as a daddy) I have 4 little salmon faverolle boys all looking for new homes! only 3 weeks old at mo but adorable  :D
