yes i always think of the late Ray Moor who was a radio two presenter some years ago he was always quoting that weather proverb with a distinctive Liverpool accent :D :D

I've always had 'red sky at night, shepherds delight, red sky in the morning, shepherds warning'. Plus when the weather dosn't look  nice we say 'it's a bit black over Wilf's Mother.' We've had this discussion before as to whose 'Auntie' it is.
