I stopped making my own a few years ago, because I started to buy them immediately after Christmas when reduced. I have just found, in a cupboard, a super deluxe weighing 750 gms, and the date stamp is June 2017. So I must start to use it. (Daughter has already bought one for Christmas).
I want to cut it up into small portions (just for me
) and then store until I fancy a piece. Should I cook it first, or shall I just cut it and freeze, or let it go cold and pack in a airtight box. I have bought little ones, which take just just 45 seconds to heat. So your advice and tips will be much appreciated. Mrs Bouquet
