when I fill up the water I put about a dessertspoonful in with it, generally take a couple of days for the girls to drink that much, it's a plastic one as well, I have been adding it to their water most refills (forgot the last one tho  :nowink:)

I do the same.  Once in a while, my husband fills the waters and he doesn't add the cider vinegar, so the girls get a rest, as it were.

Hi 25ml per litre is the recommended amount. There are different thoughts on frequency, some give 5 days out of 7, and some give for 4 weeks with one week off. Up to you really! :)
