Decided to pop along to the library yesterday and picked the good houskeeping book of bread in bread machines. Last night I did the first recipe.. Olive Bread, just had now for my butties WOW    it is amazing, though I was concerned several times last night watching it. Will post the recipe tonight, but had to tell ya's.

Ok here we go...
1tsp easy bake yeast
500g strong white bread flour
1.5tsp salt
1tblsp castor sugar
3tblsp extra virgin olive oil
350ml water
150g mixed pitted olives roughly chopped (reserve 1tblsp)

Put the ingredients in the pan in order according to your breadmaker.
Set the basic loaf setting.
at the raisin beep add the reserved olives or half way through the kneeding program
Just before the baking cycle brush with water.

Now what I found the extra moisture from the olives made it a little wet in kneeding so I added a little more flour until it looked about right.
This makes about a 2lb loaf in size and is yummy. In fact it is so good I have come home to crumbs and this is people that hate olives
