Ordering and receiving prescriptions olline joy.

Recently my niece-in-law sorted out how I can get my prescriptions delivered but I had a real headache how to order them online. Thankfully I managed to do it via NHS online and patient access and, after a call from my medical practice, it's all sorted, so no need to ask the neighbours to put and/or get my prescriptions for me. The prescriptions also tell you when you next need to order them as if I ordered them too soon I didn't get them without any notice to tell me so, also I can now get them on time without running out. Ain't life just a lot less stressful.

Oh bum!

I have always been fairly ok with our system.  It tells me when I can next order and mark it for delivery. 
Th only problem is, if I am out.  Then they leave a missed you note and suggest I ring to arrange delivery again.    Listening to your problems, I shall not grumble again about ours.  Mrs Bouquet
