lumpy feet?

Hello all,
I'm looking after 4 Black Rocks, one of which has 3 lumps come up on one of its feet, the biggest being about the size of a small marble.
Any ideas what it could be and how best to treat it?

Are they like abcesses? Soft or hard to touch?
Is the foot inflamed?
Is the hen haveing probs walking?
Does the foot feel warm?
Any scabs?

top or bottom of the feet ?

Top, between the toes, Will try and get piccie later, and try and catch her so we can feel them; she isnt limping yet

it may or may not be bumble foot, which was my first thought when I saw them. She is seeing the lovely vet tomorrow, will le you know how she gets on
