Blackberry 'Black Cascade'
« on: January 27, 2019, 19:02 »
Anyone have any advice - I purchased Blackberry Black Cascade 2 years ago - we have a "couple" of fruits last year so I'm hoping for a "bumper " crop this year.   They are a container blackberry.

Do I cut last years fruiting cane off - I've looked at Thompson & Morgans site but no info re pruning.

Thanks
Missey

Thompson & Morgan says
Quote
Each and every stem on the plant produces berries and will crop more than once a season.
so don't prune last year's canes off.
