morning all,,,been picking these for a while now,when do i cut out the canes that have fruited,now or in winter , thanx

If you are picking them now, they will be a summer fruiting variety. When they have finished, cut the fruiting canes down to the ground and tie in any new canes - if you have a lot of these, select the stronger ones to keep and pull up the weak ones and those that have spread outside their area.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
