I placed a handful of raisins in to a kit wine to see if they would assist however we are now 3 weeks in and its still bubbling like a air stone in a fish tank !!!
do i rack the wine or leave it to finish ??

Sorry cant recall the name of the kit wine as not in the house

IMO...just leave it be. I've got 25lts of rhubarb on the go at the moment, been on the go for a month now.

If you rack it active it will blow the bottle and be fizzy to drink.  Do as the Capt says and let it bubble.  When the bubbles stop you should test it to be below 1.000 Hydrometer.  The last days of primary fermentation can be so slow as to not bubble.

Wine kits if left alone should be fine and balanced without adding anything. Unlike some beer kits,the cheaper end of the market needs a little touch sometimes. Time is the best way to improve wines .
