Marrow Rum.

While we were working up the lottie yesterday, I was told about this guy who had the next plot,  sadly no longer with us.  We were talking about marrow wine (rum) and apparently this guy would hollow out the marrow and then fill with orange and raisins. In all my years of playing around with fruit wines recipes I've never seen or heard of this, but I'm very tempted to give it ago just to see what it turns out like.
