Thunbergia (Black-eyed Susan)
« on: September 22, 2009, 19:02 »
I bought my novice gardener daughter a black-eyed susan climber this year and it has done really well and I am wondering whether I can overwinter it in the greenhouse or propagate it for next year.  I think I have left it too late for taking greenwood cuttings.  I'm not sure whether or when it sets seed and I can't find seed in the T&M catalogue.  Any advice anyone please?

suttons sell the seeds :), don't think you can keep it, or propogate it ...as it's a half hardy annual according to them
