Hi

Can anyone help advise me. Together my husband and I have successful reassembled a 12.5 x 8ft second hand greenhouse and we are still speaking  to each other! I think it may be an Acorn or Elite. In any event the glass was sitting on mastic beading, so I order 6mm replacement. We just don't seem able to roll this off the reel without it stretching and its super sticky. Despite being sticky  this it doesn't seem to stick in the groove without sliding down.  Is this normal? Finding it impossible to use. Can anyone help with some advice or hot tips on how to use. Thank you

I've used strips of mastic to secure glass.  Never again!
it's a real pain trying to get broken shards fromthe frames.
I would use the draft excluder type.
Or better still grey tubing that sits in the groove.
Cheers,  Tony.
