Title: Gooseberry sawfly caterpillars

Oh my... they are eating my gooseberry bush so quickly!  I pick them off.. friends pick them off .. what can I do please?

It all depends on whether you want to be truly organic or not! If you dont, then there is a spray which will kill them. But keep on picking them off too

The RHS website has good advice, if you keep getting caterpillars you need to check for and squash the eggs.

Use some liquid derris.

It's still classed as organic and it will shift 'em all.
