So if I was to Harvest them all (about 20) how could I best store these and how long would they keep??
Or how do I get of all the green slime and there is lots! Must have got under the netting!!
Thanks in advance

Turn it into sauerkraut or kimchi and it will last until your next harvest

Erm what's that?

Chop it up and blanch it then stick it in the freezer. I have just bought my 3rd freezer.

I cut a cabbage off when I need one and leave the stalk in. They usually sprout again and grow more little cabbages.
I would not cut a cabbage and keep it for days without eating it as they tend to go soft.

Wrap a cabbage in plastic, put in the bottom of the fridge and it should keep for several weeks.

Thanks for all the help and advice folks
I've taken the option of freezing it! Would hate to loose it all!
