Don't know if anyone on here is from anywhere near Enderby, but my friend took me to Hawgrip nurseries in enderby when I was visiting at the weekend and it seemed very cheap to me. I bought 3 courgette plants and 3 pepper plants for 40p each. They were in 3 inch pots and about 9 inches tall.
They had loads of other stuff too, I bought an osteospurnum for £2 and they had choisya for £5 which I'd just bought for £12.99 from my local garden centre the week before! Lupins were 65p.
The signage to the place was dire so I think it's only known by word of mouth pretty much from what I can gather.
