my Pekin X Dutch and blue pekin

hi all,

just got back from a weekend away.


someone has been checking the bantams for me and yesterday all was well with nothing to report (as the text read)

as soon as i got back i went out to check on them only to find that













2 of my babys had layed there first eggs  

they had layed in the right place and all was well


im only guessing that its 2 diffrent birds as one egg is light brown (normal egg colour) and the other is white so im guessing the its the pekin and the Pekin X Dutch bantam

so am i right in thinking that the Pekin X Dutch would of layed the browner egg?
