To make one for about £40 you need a polystyrene veg box with a lid, cut a hole about 4" square and place a clear perspex patch on it with sealant.
The element you can get from a company called ECO-STAT at Tregoniggie Ind Est Falmouth Cornwall, if you cant I can send one I have and fit it to the lid with wee dowells, the settings are made outside the box and is very simple. As my local agri merch sells them new do you want me to see the current price and email you, very willing to be a go-between for you.
