why do you get bits of blood in ya egg ,,dont always happen ,and just wondering why any advise thanks jeanette

Hi Jeanette, it sometimes happens, just a minor rupture or something inside the chicken.  Nothing wrong with it though.

I usually just lift it off with a spoon as it doesn't look so nice with it on your lovely egg!!
