neither - use flubenvet this is licensed for poultry and works on all types of worms. The others have no medical science to support that they work and at best can only help to prevent worms in the gut but what about gape worm?
Oh and welcome by the way - please take a trip to the welcome section and tell us all a little bit about yourself and don't forget to post some pictures of your girlies - we all love looking at pictures  :D

+1 for Flubenvet. I treat mine every three months with it, the reason every three is they are mainly kept in the run as it is on the plot, they are let loose when I am there.
Also keep in mind that ex bats have a very low immune system if any, so it is important to keep a good eye on them, they pick all sorts up, one of mine is nightmare always having tummy troubles.
Ex bats are great but need that extra bit of TLC and its a fast learning curve. Don't skrimp on their care.

welcome to the forum,   could i just say that you are putting your girls at risk at night if your not locking their coup, doesnt matter how fox proof you say your run is, the fox is always smarter.    Flubenvent again as the others have said is the way forward.   I personally dont use garlic but i do use Apple Cider Vinegar once a week in their water, it would do them no harm to use garlic either.     nicky

Flubenvet. It can be bought online for about £14.00 a 60g tub which should last you ages.

Flubenvet.

Just about to do mine.  It's a bit of a job involving lots of mixing, but worth it for peace of mind.
