I suppose it's not so easy for men, but I found that shoes that weren't completely flat, work best for me, so perhaps give up the bovver-boy boots

So had the call from the GP, osteoarthritis is in me knees
Had a flare up about 4 weeks ago, pain killers not touched it so went to the gp, had xray's and confirmed it.
Booked in on Monday with the physio

It said the Government had changed the law to make sure that energy companies were not holding huge amounts of customer cash. I assume this was in response to the publicity a while back about this
