Out of retirement

Morning, I thought one of my rescue hens had finished her laying life and was in retirement, she laid very strange eggs all folded looking and large, she then stopped laying and her comb shrunk to just a spiky top, her wattles also shrank, feet became yellow....the general response was that was the end of laying....but 4 days ago when I went to stroke her she bopped down which she hasn't done for months and the next 3 days she has laid every day!!! :happy:
