keeping potato tubers

Can you keep potato tubers first seconds and thirds until next year .......am thinking answer is no.
As there are some bargins about at mo' i.e Wyvale buy one pack get one free.

I think we read that differently, Gobs. I assumed it was buy them while they were cheap & plant next year.

Were you thinking of saving your own seed spuds?
