Anyone know of big beetroots will be ok to eat, don't want to cook and prepare to find their no good. Here's a pic. Thanks
Probably depends on variety and weather. I've regularly had Albino, Chioggia, and Golden get to 6-7" diameter that have been absolutely fine to eat whereas last year anything above about 3" was practically inedible.
Yours look similar size to ones I've been harvesting recently and they've been OK.
