My two are politicians who always begin their sentences with "Look," and people who go "Aaaaaaaaaaarhhhhh" before they say anything.

I always think "Look" precedes a rehearsed answer and "Ah" simply means they have to think about the answer. 
"Obviously" is the one that always annoys me, if it was that obvious, I wouldn't have asked

Drives me bonkers, my grandchildren have now started using it to make matters worse. Of course they don’t understand when I say was it such & such or is it like a …..

"So ...." It's apparently been called 'the millennial so' it fills the millennial pause.

I have no idea where it came from but starting every sentence "So ...." is beginning to annoy me in the spoken word, I can sort of understand why they feel the need but it's not required. What I don't understand is it creeping into the written language. It's extra work all for nothing, why on earth are people doing it?
