Okay so it is only one egg a day but after a gap of nearly a month and in December they are very much appreciated. Well done my chubby Sussex girls.

wish mine were, even the cream legbar hen hatched in spring has taken a holiday.

No Splash - I very rarely buy eggs - just eat mine when the hens are laying which is why it is nice to get some bonus eggs. Wonder is it the warm weather that has started them off.
