Title: Growing Grapes
Post by: Ma Lowe on April 10, 2014, 07:07
I want to have a go at growing grapes and have read various things about them but would like to know what the majority of you do.

Are they best in the greenhouse or outside,
Is it best to plant the roots outside the greenhouse or inside
Where is best to position them if in the greenhouse
How much looking after do they need
What variety is best for a sweet eating grape
Best place to buy them

and anything else that would be helpful.

My father had the same type of vine and planted in the same way. Now his grandson tends it and is rewarded with a good crop. They last for years with tlc.
