Jalapeno has just stopped growing - help!

Hi all,
I have a few different types of chillis growing in a plastic greenhouse, and the Poblano, Apache and Thai Dragon are going well - but I have a Jalapeno that just seems to have stopped.. Its not dying, its leaves are still green, but it doesn't seem to be putting on any growth or developing any flowers. Its in the same space as my other chillis, some tomatoes, a growbag of sweet peppers and a growbag of aubergines.  Does anyone have any idea why this one plant (which is in a pot) isn't growing when other things are, and what might I do about it? I was really loking forward to homegrown jalapenos this year!

If it is still looking healthy then it could just be the cooler weather lately has checked its growth a little.

I too have a compact variety and it kept dropping its buds. Turns out I was over watering
