I think that my cucumber plants have mould on the leaves.  This has only come on the last 4-5 days but has moved from one plant to the next.

Any ideas what to do?

Happens when there's too much moisture and not enough air circulation. Try trimming off a few leaves here and there and if possible, spread the leaves and vines out better.

If it's not too bad remove the affected leaves.  Lower the humidity if it's in a greenhouse by lots of ventilation and don't over watering (keep it just right).

10% solution of milk sprayed on the leaves can help.  

Not sure which fungicides can be used  :?

the grey mould is mildew, this is quite easyto control aunt sallys milk will help and we used to use this when i was an apprentice, another organic spray is sb plant invigorator whi ch will also kill aphids as well, it also gives the plan a boost to aid recovery

you need to get the air circulating , open the greenhouse window, leave the greenhouse door open a little whilst down your plot,

REMOVE ALL EFFECTED LEAVES AND BURN THEM
