If cock fighting is illigal how can ebay allow the selling of this ??

Why not report the listing? eBay are very vigilant, but don't always catch everything when sellers are a bit crafty about how they list items.
:)

Reported >:(, I know cock fighting goes on but it is an evil practice and so very cruel. Hopefully ebay will remove it and the seller.
-
I've reported it as well
-
good the more that report this the better then hopefully ebay will take notice :)
-
Just what I was going to say. They will remove the listing and should put in place further checks to catch similar in future. :) They might not ban the seller though..
-
the sad thing is they had 6 sets and have already sold 4 >:(
-
I've reported it too -
-
Reported as well.
-
That's at least 5 then. :)

As far as I know game bird tethers are not always used for cockfighting. People who breed and show gamebirds tether the cocks, so they have time outside and can move iwithin a certain area, but can't actually reach eachother to get into scraps.
Unfortunately this person who used the words "cock fighting" in his advertisment and will probably attract the wrong kind of bidders!
-
I've reported it but had to do it under TRAPS as they have no section for items which promote animal cruelty or suffering.

I've reported it as well!

so why title it cock fighting on ebay?
-
I think the title "cock fighting" is fairly unequivocal in it's meaning. I fail to see how anyone could make an argument that they might have meant anything other than that. Disgusting.
