I haven't tried making any jams/jellies/chutneys yet...but when I do there will definitely be pics!  :D

Jenny B, you have very posh birds eh?

Don't worry too much - the local birds here are only starting to eat from the feeders. You'll be able to get rid of it :D :D

posh and very fussy birds it seems - most of it is still there!  even the squirrel turned his nose up at it today!  maybe he just didn't fancy it for brekkie?

i think we have a hedgehog (due to little messages on the lawn)   do you think he would eat it if i put in on the  grass?  or would it not be suitable for him?

Excuse me ladies but what size are your pans?  :oops:   I am looking for a good size pan to do chutney and large ones are quite difficult to find  :oops:  done it again.

I used the pressure cooker pan, 7 litres I think but it could have done with being bigger so I'm on the look out too  :D
