Garlic in pots
« on: February 09, 2013, 09:48 »
I put some cloves into modules in late autumn they grew much quicker that I could have imagined so potted them on into pots as still waiting for the paperwork for my plot. Most of the tips I the leaves had gone a light brown/died we've had some pretty cold weather and winds so I was junking this could have caused it? should I chop the brown bits off or just ignore then

Hi Ema - they need cold so dont molly coddle them. Plant them in the plot in spring when you can and they will do fine. Ignore the brown leaves and they should perk up again.
