They make it with shortcrust, but to be honest I quite like the idea of puff pastry. Can you think of any reason why it wouldn't work? I can't, but I'm not an expert on pastry, so there may be something I haven't considered.

I didn't .. I've been so caught up in international women's day    Not made a pie (or anything) for ages... I really should venture into the kitchen again.

OK. Good advice. So, I'll cut down on the cheese and add some leek instead. Even better. And perhaps chopped walnuts instead of almonds... Where's the greedy emoji when you want one?!
