Does anyone know from experience if it is safe to freeze cooked langoustine? Assuming it is, is it better to remove the tails from the heads and claws prior to freezing? Again assuming it is, is it safe to reheat them for use?

You can freeze them tails on or off, makes no difference, but cooking best to have all the flavour there, so for me tails on, if its raw food frozen you cant re freeze, cook it then you can freeze it again, if cooked and previously frozen you cant freeze again, so you have to change the way it is to re freeze, and if you cant, then you cant freeze it again

Thanks dopey I always cook them whole - they arrive live - but don't normally freeze them. It was the freezing whole that I wondered about the most, but it sounds as though that is safe.
