Afternoon All,
Ive set my broody light sussex away on twelve eggs on monday night. I was just wondering if all you keen keepers out there , have any good advice for a first - timer ! She's sitting tight and has been coming out twice daily for about 10 minutes for food and drink.... so far !!
I do hope we get an end result , so would be grateful for any advice.

Hello Cock o the North!

Sounds like a fine broody there! she will know what to do when the time comes. make sure though she has a little run area completely safe for her little brood, magpies or crows will not hesitate to take a little one.
