Sick cherries on tree
« on: May 19, 2014, 22:16 »
Dear all
Our dwarf self fertilising cherry tree has a reasonable amount of fruit (see photos) but has developed some cherries which are brown and shrivelled - we water it about once a week, and it has lovely foliage, and otherwise looks healthy. The soil is underlying clay (north London) but we made some improvements before planting.

Any suggestions?

William

Welcome to the site  :D

I'll move your question over to the GYO forum for the growers to have a look at  :)

If you could add your general location to your forum profile it'll help us to remember whereabouts you are in future posts, but do feel free to pop back into the Welcome forum to introduce yourself for a proper 'hello  :D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
