You can buy it at chemist shops, and sometimes at garden centres. At animal & feed merchants it's called magnesium sulphate.

I have found Garden Centre much cheaper than Chemist (well, you get a much bigger packet at the garden centre, although I've only used a few grams in the last 2 or 3 years ...)
